Šaldytas Pasiflorų Jogurtas/ Frozen Passionfruit Yogurt

Pagal/ Source StunningRecipes

Porcijos: 4

Produktai:

250 ml natūralaus jogurto
2 v.š. medaus
2 a.š. cukraus (arba pagal skonį)
6 v.š. pasiflorų minkštimo

Gaminimo procesas:

Besides many other things that I have stored (such as canned lychees, canned crab meat, condensed milk) I have bought a can of passion fruit pulp. I do not know why I bought it, probably because I found it interesting. I didn't really plan to do anything in particular with it. So when preparing to move I found it I had no idea how to use it. Browsing the internet I found a frozen yogurt recipe. Although it is not summer, but we finished it very quick and it was just delicious.

Servings: 4

Products:

250 ml natural yogurt
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp sugar (or to taste)
6 tbsp passion fruit pulp

Method:

Place all products in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a plastic container, cover and leave in the freezer for 45 minutes.

Remove from the freezer and mix throughout and put in the freezer again for one hour. Remove and mix again, put into the freezer.

Once the yogurt is frozen, divide into serving glasses and serve.
