Šiandien ryte taip norėjau kazko saldaus ir šokoladinio.. I kaip tyčia šokoladas buvo pasibaigęs, bet turėjau kakavos.. Taip ir atsirado kakavinė manų košė. Nors manų košė nėra kazkoks ypatingas patiekalas, bet nuo vaikystės labai ją mėgstu. Čia pateiksiu ne receptą, o aprašymą kaip aš viriau kakvinę manų košę, nes kiekvienas mėgsta skirtingai tikriausiai. Pvz. man patinka nelabai saldi ir tiršta manų košė, todėl tokios ir išsiviriau.
Produktai:
1 stiklinė pieno
2 v.š. kakavos miltelių
1 v.š. cukraus
0,4 a.š. malto cinamono
6 v.š. manų kruopų
Gaminimo procesas:
Į puodą supilti pieną, sudėti kakavos miltelius ir maišyti kol kakavos milteliai ištirps. Tada sudėti cukrų, cinamoną ir gerai išmaišyti. Kai kakava beveik virs sudėti manų kruopas, kai uzvirs pavirti nuolat maišant apie 3 minutes.
This morning as I wanted something sweet, something like chocolate .. Chocolate was already finished, but I had cocoa .. So that's how cacao semolina porridge was born. Though semolina porridge is not some special dish, but I like it since my childhood. So this is not really a recipe, but description how I made it, because everyone I guess likes it different way. I like less sweet and thick semolina porridge.
Products:
1 cup milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp sugar
0.4 tsp ground cinnamon
6 tbsp semolina (coarse)
Method:
Put milk into a pan, add cocoa powder and mix until dissolved. Then add sugar, cinnamon and stir well. When cocoa is almost boiling, add semolina, mix it well, bring to a boil and cook for about 3 minutes stirring continuously.
