Citrininiai Anakardžių riešutų kamuoliukai/ Cashew Lemon Drops

Pagal/ Source HealthfulPursuit

Yra tokia nuostabi vieta.. HealthfulPursuit! Man ten labai patinka lankytis, nes galima rasti gundančių, gerų ir sveikų receptų. Be to foto labai gražios ir jau vien dėl to man ten labai malonu lankytis.

Vienetai: 10-12

Produktai:

1 stiklinė anakardžių riešutų
10-12 džiovintų datulių be kauliukų
2 v.š. geros kokybės kokosų aliejaus (aš naudojau alyvuogių)
1 citrinos nutarkuota žievelė

Gaminimo procesas:

There is a wonderful place .. HealthfulPursuit! I like to visit it, because I can find I can find tempting, good and healthy recipes there. Besides, pictures in this blog are very beautiful and it is real pleasure to look at them. This is not the first recipe for sweets that I borrowed but I guess not the last, because there are so many good recipes to choose from.

Balls: 10-12

Products:

1 cup cashew nuts
10-12 dried dates, pitted
2 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil (I used olive)
1 lemon zest

Method:

Add the cashews into a food processor and process until they are the size of eraser end of a pencil. Remove from the food processor.

Add all remaining ingredients into the food processor and process them until everything comes together (into one ball). Put back cashews and process until everything is well mixed.

Take a scoop of mixture and form small ball. After making the balls, place them in a freezer for 5-10 minutes before eating.
Although I actually didn't put them in a freezer, we had them right away :)and they were really good.

  1. These snacks sounds so good! They'd be great to have as a healthy snack. I'd love to try them and if my children like them, they'd also make a nice healthy addition to their lunches.
