Produktai:
2 kiaušinio baltymai
1 kiaušinio trynys
2 v.š. miltų
2 v.š. cukraus
0,4 stiklinės pieno
0,5 a.š. cinamono
1 v.š. kakavos (nebūtina)
Gaminimo procesas:
Visus produktus išskyrus kiaušinių baltymus suplakti kartu. Iki standžių putų išplakti baltymus ir atsargiai įmaišyti į tešlą.
Įkaitinti aliejų keptuvėje, atsargiai supilti tešlą ir tolygiai paskirstyti, kepti ant vidutinės ugnies kelias minutes kol omletą bus galimą apversti, apvertus pakepti kitą pusę kelias minutes. Patiekti su jogurtu, uogiene.
A long time back, I can not remember in which magazine, I found the recipe for sweet sponge omelette. I made it a few times and then stopped making, lost the magazine somewhere, for few years I forgot about it. One day when I wanted something simple and sweet I remembered about it, unfortunately I could not recall a recipe. I just remembered that egg whites should be beaten separately. But I tried and the result was really great. Now I make it for breakfast every weekend till I get bored again.
Products:
2 egg whites
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sugar
0.4 cup of milk
0.5 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp cocoa (optional)
Method:
Mix well all the ingredients except the egg whites together. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold them carefully into the batter.
Heat oil in a skillet, carefully pour in the batter and spread evenly, cook on medium heat for few minutes until the omelette doesn't stick to the bottom of the skillet and it is easy to flip it over and fry the other side for few more minutes. Serve with yogurt and/or jam.
