Kažkur neseniai pamačiau mango-bananų kokteilį ir man tas skonių derinys pasirodė toks įdomus.. Kadangi turėjau tiek nesuvalgytų bananų, tiek mango pasidariau tokį visai paprastą, bet labai skanų kokteilį. Gali būt, kad ir su konservuotais mango būtų skanu, bet kol turiu šviežiū labai geras būdas juos sunaudoti.

1 mango minkštimas
0,5 stiklinės lieso pieno ( jei norisi skysčiau galima ir daugiau)

Viską sudedame į blenderį ir suplakame iki vientisos masės. Skanaus!
Recently I saw mango-banana smoothie and I thought that it must be a really great combination of flavours. Since I had banana and mango and nobody was eating them, I made a simple, but very tasty smoothie. I think it can also be made with a canned mango.

Nutritional value f 1 glass: 141 calories, fat 0,2 gr. , sugars 25,7 gr.

1 banana
Pulp of 1 mango
0.5 cup skim milk (you can add more or less depending on how you like it)
Pinch of cardamom powder
Method:
Just place everything into the blender and process until smooth. Enjoy!
