‘Klampus’ Karamelinis Pyragas/ Caramel Mud Cake

Prisipažįstu, jokių įžangų prie recepto nepavyko parašyti, kadangi šią popietę žiūriu senus miuziklus ir jie tokie smagūs, kad daugiau į nieką kitą sutelkti dėmėsio nepavyksta.
Trumpai apie pyraga: nepaprastai skanus ir nesudėtingas pyragas. Skonį būtų sunku nupasakoti, tam, kad suprasti reikia išbandyti. Nors originaliame recepte pyragas buvo puoštas karameliniu ganašu, bet jo nedariau, kad nebūtų persaldu.



Gabaliukų: 10

1 gabaliuko (be glaisto) energetinė vertė:
244 kcal, 12,6 gr.riebalų, 14,7 gr. cukraus

Produktai:

120 gr. sviesto
1 stiklinė rudojo cukraus
300 ml grietinėlės
3 kiaušiniai (kambario temperatūros)
1,5 stiklinės miltų
1 a.š. kepimo miltelių

Gaminimo procesas:

Puode storu dugnu ištirpinti sviestą and vidutinės ugnies. Sudėti cukrų ir maišant pavirti apie 1-2 minutes kol cukrus ištirps.

Įmaišyti grietinėlę, padidinti ugnį ir užvirti viską. Tada sumažinti ugnį ir virti pamaišant apie 8-10 minučių kol padažas sutirštės. Nuimti nuo ugnies palikti šiek tiek pravėsti.

Orkaitę įkaitinti iki 140C. 20 cm kepimo formą iškloti kepimo popieriumi.

Į pravėsusį padažą įmaišyti kiaušinius, miltus ir kepimo miltelius. Viską gerai išmaišyti ir supilti tešlą į kepimo formą. Kepti apie 45-50 minučių, patikrinus mediniu iešmeliu, jis turėtų šiek tiek aplipti. Atvėsinti formoje.
Atvėsusį apliejau šokoladiniu glaistu (150 gr juodojo šokolado tirpinto 150 ml grietinėlės).




I admit, I was not able to write any story or description for this recipe, because this afternoon I am watching old musicals, and they are so fun that I am not able to concentrate on anything else.
Briefly about the cake: it is very delicious and easy to make. The taste is difficult to describe, in order to understand you just need to try it. Although the original recipe was decorated with caramel ganache, I decided it can be too sweet for me.



Makes: 10 pieces

Nutritional value of 1 piece (without chocolate ganache): 244 calories, 12,6 gr.fat, 14,7 gr. sugars

Products:

120 gr. butter
1 cup brown sugar
300 ml cream
3 eggs (room temperature)
1.5 cups of flour
1 tsp baking powder

Method:

In a thick-bottomed pan add butter and melt it on medium heat. Add the sugar and stir continuously for about 1-2 minutes until sugar is dissolved.

Stir in the cream, bring it to the boil. Then reduce heat and cook stirring for 8-10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Remove from the heat and leave to cool little bit.

Preheat the oven to 140C. Line 20 cm baking from with baking paper.

In the cooled (but not cold)sauce mix in the eggs, flour and baking powder. Mix everything well then pour the batter into the baking form. Bake for about 45-50 minutes, check with the wooden pick, it should still be sticky little bit. Cool the cake in a form.
When the cake cooled I spread the chocolate ganache on top (150 g black chocolate melted together with 150 ml of cream).

  2. I really cannot think of anytime I have made a cake with just brown sugar. It usually has some other sugar of some sort. Considering that I have never had caramel cake! Yours does look tasty, definitely will need to try it.
