Bananiniai Blynai su Žemės Riešutų Padažu/ Banana Bread Pancakes with Peanut Sauce

Pagal/ Source PassTheSushi

Šiandien aš tikrai prastai jaučiuosi. O kai savijauta bloga, nelabai norisi valgyti, tuo labiau gaminti. Norėjau kažko saldaus, nesudėtingai pagaminamo ir prisiminiau šiuos blynus. Taigi, kad save paguosti išsikepiau bananinių blynų. Originaliame recepte buvo klevų sirupo padažas, bet aš jį gana sėkmingai pakeičiau žemės riešutų padažu.

Vienetai : apie 12-15 blynų

Energetinė vertė 1 blyno (be padažo): 167 kcal, 4,7gr. Riebalų, 8,5gr. Cukraus

Energetinė vertė 1 blyno (su padažu): 195 kcal, 6,1 gr. Riebalų, 11,6 gr. cukraus

Produktai:

2 stiklinės miltų
2 a.š. kepimo miltelių
0,25 a.š. druskos
0,25 stiklinės rudojo cukraus
1 a.š. cinamono
0,25 a.š. muskato riešuto
0,75 stiklinės pieno ( aš naudojau 1,25 stiklinės)
1 a.š. vanilės ekstrakto
3 dideli prinokę bananai (sutrinti)
2 v.š. tirpinto sviesto (aš dėjau 4 v.š. aliejaus)

Žemės riešutų padažas

Produktai:

2 v.š. žemės riešutų sviesto
0,25 stiklinės pieno
4 v.š. cukraus pudros

Gaminimo procesas:

Today I feel really bad. And when I feel sick, I do not really want to eat and even less I want to cook. I wanted something sweet, easily made and remembered about these banana pancakes. So I made these banana pancakes to comfort myself. There was a maple syrup sauce in the original recipe, but I changed it quite a successfully with peanut sauce.

Makes: about 12-15 pancakes

Products:

2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
0.25 tsp nutmeg
0.75 cup milk (I used 1.25 cup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large ripe bananas (mashed)
2 tbsp melted butter (I have I laid 4 tablespoons of oil)

Peanut Sauce

Products:

2 tbsp peanut butter
0.25 cup milk
4 tbsp icing sugar

Method:

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Gradually add the milk, vanilla extract and butter (or oil), mixing continuously. Stir in the mashed bananas.

Heat the pan, reduce heat to medium. Add about 3-4 tablespoons of batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles appear on top (2-3 minutes). Flip and fry the other side for a few minutes until it’s golden yellow. Finish all batter like that.

For the sauce: Add the all the ingredients in a pan and on a low heat keep mixing it until the sauce becomes creamy.
