Migdoliniai Brauniai (be miltų)/ Almond Brownies (flourless)

Labai šokoladiniai brauniai, kurie skanūs ne tik pirmą dieną, bet ir antrą. Ar jie skanūs ir trečią deja negaliu pasakyti, kadangi pabaigiau juos per dvi dienas:)



Gabaliukai: 15-18

1 gabaliuko energetinė vertė (1/15): 221 kcal, 13,6 gr. riebalų, 20,5 gr. cukraus

Produktai:

1,25 stiklinės smulkaus cukraus
0,5 stiklinės kakavos miltelių
125 gr. Sviesto
4 kiaušiniai
100 gr. (1 stiklinė) maltų migdolų
100 gr. Juodojo šokolado (smulkinto)

Gaminimo procesas:

Orkaitę įkaitinti iki 180-200C. Iškloti kepimo popieriumi 26x13 cm kepimo formą.

Sumaišyti cukrų su kakava. Ištirpinti sviestą ir supilti į kakavos ir cukraus mišinį ir gerai išmaišyti. Po vieną įmušti kiaušinius, gerai išmaišant po kiekvieno. Įmaišyti maltus migdolus ir šokolado gabaliukus.

Supilti tešlą į paruoštą formą, išlyginti viršų ir kepti 20 minučių. Atvėsinti formoje. Avėsusį supjaustyti.



Very chocolaty and fudgy brownies, that are delicious not just on the first day, but also on second day. If they are same good on the third one I sadly can‘t tell, they were so good that I finished them in 2 days.

Makes: 15-18 pieces

Nutritional value of 1 piece (1/15): 221 calories, 13,6 gr. fat, 20,5 gr. sugars

Products:

1.25 cups caster sugar
0.5 cup cocoa powder
125 gr. butter
4 eggs
100 gr. (1 cup) almond meal
100 gr. dark chocolate (chopped)

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180-200C. Lined 26x13 cm baking form with baking paper.

Mix sugar with cocoa. Melt butter and add to the cocoa and sugar mixture and stir well. One by one beat in the eggs, mixing well after each. Stir in the almond meal and chopped chocolate.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, even the top and bake for 20 minutes. Cool in the form and then cut into pieces.

    1. It would be possible to finish in a day too.. it just said in the recipe it tastes great on 2nd day, so I left some to try if it's true :)

  13. I've never had a brownie made with almond flour and would love to try this! Yum. Will have to recommend it to a friend who is gluten-free too, since this has no wheat flour in it.
