Šokoladiniai Pieno Miltelių Keksiukai su Šokolado Gabaliukais/ Chocolate Milk Powder Muffins with Chocolate Chips

Receptas ant pieno miltelių pakelio, kuris pasirodė nelabai tikslus kai bandžiau daryti Keksiukus su Uogomis man labai pasitarnavo.

Pagalvojau, o kodėl gi nepabandžius jį dar šiek tiek apgerinti ir tam panaudoti šokoladą.

Rezultatas? Minkšti šokoladiniai keksiukai su šokolado gabaliukais. Labai skanūs ir labai paprasti keksiukai. (Ech..galėtų lyti dažniau)

Vienetai: 12

Produktai:

2 stiklinės miltų
1 a.š. kepimo miltelių
0,75 stiklinės smulkaus cukraus
1 stiklinė pieno miltelių
2 dideli kiaušiniai
4 v.š. natūralaus jogurto
1 a.š. vanilės ekstrakto
100 gr. sviesto
80 gr. šokolado
1 stiklinė šokolado gabaliukų

Gaminimo procesas:

I don't know if anyone is writing songs or poems to express their love for chocolate, I know I would..if I could..

During those terrible days of endless rain I was trying to drowm my bad mood in banana milkshake and also with these chocolate muffins.

The recipe on the pack with milk powder, which turned out to be not very accurate when I tried to make Muffins with Berries was really useful this time. I thought, why not try it again and enhance it with help of chocolate.

The result? Soft chocolate muffins with chocolate chips. Very tasty and very simple muffins. (.. I wish it was raining more often)

Makes: 12 muffins

Products:

2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
0.75 cup sugar
1 cup milk powder
2 large eggs
4 tbsp natural yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
100 gr. butter
80 gr. dark chocolate
1 cup chocolate chips

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180C. Prepare 12 muffin baking cups.

Melto together butter and chocolate, mix until smooth.
Whisk together milk powder, eggs, yougurt, vanilla and melted butter with chocolate. Sift in the flour, baking powder, add sugar and mix everything. Fold in chocolate chips.

Divide the batter into the baking cups and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Once removed from the oven cool for 5 minutes then finish cooling on the wire rack.

  1. I use milk powder quite often when making bread, it gives it a softer texture. I bet these muffins are very tender, they look really good Medeja!

  5. Medeja, I'd have not thought to use milk powder, but by all accounts from the photos, these lovely muffins are compelling me to break away from conventional means and give it a try - especially if chocolate is involved!
