Blynai su Rikota/ Ricotta Pancakes

Skaniausi savaitgalio pusryčiai- blynai. Ar lyja ar saulėta, ar 8 ryto ar vidurdienis, niekada neatsisakyčiau. Jei kas nors kitas iškeptų būtų dar geriau.

Vien pažiūrėjus į šių blynų foto supratau, kad jie bus skanūs.
Kadangi aš vienintelė blynų valgytoja namie, tai užteko man jų keliems valgymams, todėl galiu garantuoti, kad jie skanūs ir su ledais, ir su uogiene, ir vieni.

Blynai: 10 vnt

Produktai:

2 dideli kiaušiniai (atskirti)
0,5 stiklinės miltų
1 a.š. kepimo miltelių
2 v.š. joguro
0,5 a.š. druskos
1 stiklinė rikotos
2 v.š. rudojo cukraus (aš dėjau 4 v.š.)
0,5 a.š. vanilės ekstrakto

Gaminimo procesas:

Kiaušinių baltymus išplakti iki standžių putų.
Kitame dubenyje sumaišyti miltus, kepimo miltelius ir druską.
Dideliame dubenyje gerai kartu išplakti kartu kiaušinių trynius, rikotą, rudąjį cukrų ir vanilę. Įmaišyti sausus produktus. Labai atsargiai įmaišyti kiaušinių baltymus. Neišsigaskite, tešla gaunasi gana tiršta, taip ir turi būti.

Ant vidutinės ugnies įkaitinti keptuvę, išlydyti 2 v.š. sviesto. Šaukštu formuoti norimo dydžio blynus ir kepti iš abiejų pusių kol taps auksinės spalvos (2-4 minutes kiekvieną pusę).



The best weekend breakfast is pancakes. Raining or sunny, 8 am or at noon, I would never refuse pancakes. Would be even better if someone else would make them for me.

Just looking at the photos I knew that these pancakes will be really good.
Since I am the only pancake eaters at home, this was enough for few meals for me and I can assure that these pancakes are delicious with ice-cream, jam or just alone.

Makes: 10 pancakes
 

Products:

2 large eggs (separated)
0.5 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp yoghurt
0.5 tsp salt
1 cup ricotta
2 tbsp brown sugar (I used 4 tbsp)
0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

First, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks.
In another bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt.

In a large bowl beat well egg yolks, ricotta, brown sugar and vanilla. Mix in the dry ingredients. Very carefully fold in the egg whites. Do not be afraid, you will get a very thick batter but that's how it is supposed to be.

Heat the frying pan on medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Spoon the batter and form the desired size pancakes. Fry on both sides until the are golden (2-4 minutes each side).

  5. These look so good, I never really make pancakes because I'm not very good at them but I definitely enjoy eating them! I'm going to try them again with this recipe, wish me luck :)

  8. The best weekend breakfast is pancakes - yes indeed! Or waffles. We have a tradition in our house to eat long breakfast on Sunday, I love it! I think it's trait for a family. I am always cook something special!
