I myself can't norm Nutella or peanut butter. If I know that it is sitting there on a shelf it is just tempting me. I tried to resist Nutella and to keep it for at least a week (by the way I'm the only one at home having Nutella), but eventually I realized that if I don't use it for baking something I will finish it spoon after spoon.
The result? Again..cake that is very addictive, so I had to pack it for my husband to take to work as soon as possible.

Products:
1 cup Greek yogurt (I used natural)
0.5 cup Nutella
3 eggs
0.3 cup olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cups flour
0.75 cups of sugar
2 tsp baking powder
0.75 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Method:Preheat the oven to 180C, line 22 cm round baking form with baking paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, Nutella, eggs, olive oil, honey and vanilla extract.
In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder. Add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the dough into the prepared pan and bake for 50-55 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool in a baking form.

Man taip ir nepavyko išmokti normuoti Nutellos arba riešutų sviesto. Jei žinau, kad yra spintelėje mane tiesiog traukte traukia. Bandžiau didvyriškai atsilaikyti, kad Nutellos indelis nebūtų pabaigtas per savaitę (beje aš vienintelė jos valgytoja namie), bet galiausiai supratau, kad jei nepanaudosiu jos kam nors iškepti taip ji nepastebinai po šaukštelį ir bus iškabinta.
Rezultatas? Ne mažiau neatsivalgomas pyragas, kurį stengiausi kuo greičiau supakuoti ir atiduoti vyrui išsinešti į darbą.

Orkaitę įkaitinti iki 180C, 22 cm apvalią formą ištiesti kepimo popieriumi.
Dideliame dubenyje sumaišyti kartu jogurtą, nutelą, kiaušinius, alyvuogių aliejų, medų ir vanilės ekstraktą.
Kitame dubenyje sumaišyti miltus, cukrų, kepimo miltelius, kepimo sodą ir kakavos miltelius. Sausus produktus sudėti į šlapius ir išmaišyti kol susimaišys (nepermaišyti).
Supilti tešlą į paruoštą formą ir kepti 50-55 minutes arba kol vidutyje patikrinus mediniu iešmeliu jis nebeaplips tešla. Atvėsinti formoje.

Nutella is a big temptation for me too,Medeja:)I've never tried to make cakes with nutella only crepes but looking at your divine cake make me want to bake one right now!

PanaikintiIškeptame pyrage nutellos skonio nesijaučia, atrodo tiesiog šokoladinis pyragas. Be to, man pasirodė, kad kildinimo priemonių gerokai per daug, nes pyragas nežmoniškai iškilo, o paskui visas centras sukrito, jei kada dar kepsiu, kepimo miltelių iš vis nebedėsiu, užteks sodos.
AtsakytiPanaikintiGal jaustųsi skonis daugiau Nutellos įdėjus. Aš dėjau nubrauktus šaulštelius ir kai pradėjo kilt pamažinau temperatūrą, tai perdaug neiškilo.
