Todėl iškepti pyragą vakarėliui kurio daugumos dalyvių nepažinojau buvo gana geras sprendimas. Paprastai nemėgstu kepti kažką neišbandyto svečiams, bet šio pyrago tikriausiai neįmanoma sugadinti, na nebent per anksti ištrauksite iš orkaitės, vis dėl to nelengva atsispirti magiškam cinamono kvapui..
Ką gi aš galiu daugiau pasakyti. Pirma..šis pyragas super paprastas. Antra, nebuvo nei vieno kam jis butų nepatikęs.
Produktai:
125 gr. sviesto, kambario temperatūros
200 gr. cukraus
1 kiaušinis
1 stiklinė kefyro (arba 1 stiklinė pieno + 1 v.š. acto arba citrinos sulčių)
2 stiklinės miltų
1 a.š. kepimo sodos
0,25 stiklinės cukraus
1 v.š. cinamono
Gaminimo procesas:
Have you ever met someone who doesn't like cinnamon? At least I have not.
So, when I had to bake something for the party where I didn't know most of the people I thought that cinammon cake would be a good idea. Usually I do not like baking something new that I haven't tried before for the guests, but this bread would is difficult to ruin, unless you would take it out too early as it is almost impossible to resist that magical smell of cinammon.
What can I say. First.. this cake is super easy to make. Second, everybody loved it.
Products:
125 gr. butter, room temperature
200 gr. sugar
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk (or 1 cup milk + 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice)
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
0.25 cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Method:
Mix 0.25 cup of sugar with cinnamon.
Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease baking form.
Beat together butter, sugar and egg. Add buttermilk, flour and baking soda. Mix everything, but try not to overmix.
Pour half of the batter into the baking form, sprinkle half the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Then pour the remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon mixture.
Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool and serve.

Orkaitę įkaitinti iki 180C. Riebalais ištepti kepimo formą.
Išplakti kartu sviestą, cukrų ir kiaušinį. Supilti kefyrą, sudėti miltus ir kepimo sodą. Išmaišyti, bet nepermaišyti.
Pusę tešlos supilti į kepimo formą, užbarstyti pusę cinamono ir cukraus mišinio. Supilti likusią tešlą ir užbarstyti likusį cinamono mišinį.
Kepti apie 45-50 minuęių arba kol patikrinus mediniu iešmeliu jis nebus aplipęs tešla. Atvėsinti ir patiekti.
