I have no idea when I am going finally to finish the milk powder . I baked muffins so many times already, still it seems that a lot is left.. so I decided to bake something new.
Few notes I would like to share about this cake, I found the cake a bit dry, so the next time I would add some berries or fruit. Also I felt that there should be more lemon curd used, I would double it.

For the cake:0.75 cup flour1 tsp baking powder0.75 cup milk powder4 tbsp sugar2 tbsp margarine2 eggs ( I used 3)For the lemon curd:2 eggs2 tbsp lemon juice1 tbsp sugarPinch of cinnamonMethod:Preheat the oven to 180C . Grease baking form ( I used a round 20 cm ).
With electric mixer beat margarine and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs and continue to beat until smooth. Add flour, baking powder and milk powder and beat well . If the batter is too thick add a bit of water ( I actually used 3 eggs instead of 2 so it was ok) .
Pour the batter into the baking form and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean . Cool on a wire rack.
For the lemon curd:Bring to the boil the water in a pan, then reduce the heat and let it simmer. In a bowl mix eggs, sugar and lemon juice. Place the bowl on the pan, but don't let it touch the water. Whisk carefully until the mixture thickens , then add cinnamon and mix well.
Spread lemon curd evenly on the top of the cooled cake. Leave it in a fridge for 2-3 hours before serving.
Neįsivaizduoju kada pagaliau pabaigsiu pieno miltelius. Kepiau keksiukus su pieno milteliais, bet jų visvien tiek daug..todėl nusprendžiau iškepti kažką naujo.
Kelios pastabos apie šį pyragą, pats pyragas buvo vis dėl to gana sausas, todėl kitą kartą įmaišyčiau uogų ar vaisių. Taip pat citrininio kremo man buvo mažokai, manau 2 norma būtų geriau.

Gaminimo procesas:
Orkaitę įkaitinti iki 180C. Ištepti riebalais kepimo formą (naudojau 20 cm apvalią)
Elektriniu plaktuvu išplakti margariną su cukrumi iki purios masės. Įmušti kiaušinius ir plakti toliau iki vientisos masės. Sudėti miltus, kepimo miltelius ir pieno miltelius ir gerai išplakti. Jei tešla pertiršta įpilti šiek tiek vandens (aš dėjau 3 kiaušinius vietoje 2).
Supilti tešlą į kepimo formą ir kepti apie 35-40 minučių arba kol patikrinus mediniu iešmeliu jis nebeaplips tešla. Atvėsinti ant grotelių.
Kremui:
Ant nedidelės ugnies puode užvirti vandenį. Dubenyje sumaišyti kiaušinius, cukrų ir citrinos sultis. Dubeny padėti ant puodo, tačiau taip, kad nesiektų vandens. Atsargiai plakti kol masė sutirštės, tuomet sudėti cinamoną ir išmaišyti.
Ant atvėsinto pyrago viršaus tolygiai paskleisti citrininį kremą. Prieš patiekiant palikti 2-3 valandoms šaldytuve.

Daryk karšto šokolado miltelius - greit pasibaigs tuomet ;) nesu tikra ar jie jau tiktų saugojimui iki Kalėdų, bet skanu ir šiaip išgerti vakarais :)
