Method:
Niekad negalvojau, kad migdoliniai amaretti sausainiai taip paprastai pagaminami! Ir tik iš kelių produktų. Nors man jie buvo gana saldūs, bet darbe jie patiko visiems ir dingo labai greitai.

Gaminimo procesas:
Įkaitinti orkaitę iki 220C. Kepimo skardą iškloti kepimo popieriumi.
Sumaišyti maltus migdolus, cukraus pudrą ir kava. Suplakti kiaušinio baltymą iki putų, tuomet po truputį įmaišyti į sausus produktus kol gausis tešla.
Perkelti tešlą ant šiek tiek miltuoto paviršiaus ir iškočioti į maždaug 30 cm ilgio ‘virvę’. Supjaustyti į 1 cm gabaliukus, iš kiekvieno gabaliuko suformuoti kamuoliukus, apvolioti juos cukruje. Išdėlioti rutuliukus ant kepimo popieriaus paliekant tarpus ir kepti apie 8-10 minučių kol sausainiai paruduos. Leisti atvėsti ant kepimo skardos.
I never thought that almond amaretti cookies are so easy to make! And only a few products are required. Though I have found them bit sweet, but at work everyone liked them and disappeared very quickly.

100 gr. ground almonds
125 gr. powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp ground espresso coffee
1 egg white
55 gr. caster sugar
Method:
Preheat the oven to 220C. Line baking tray with baking paper.
Mix ground almonds, powdered sugar and coffee. Beat the egg white until frothy, then slowly mix in into the dry ingredients until the dough forms.
Transfer the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll into about 30 cm long log. Cut into 1 cm pieces and roll them into balls, roll them in sugar. Arrange the balls on a baking tray leaving some space in between and bake for about 8-10 minutes until cookies are lightly brown. Allow to cool completely on the baking tray.
Kaip tik darausi kavą. Noriu bent 1 sausainuko :)
