0,25-0,5 migdolų pieno (lieso pieno, kokosų pieno arba vandens)
0,25 stiklinės neriebaus graikiško jogurto
1 vidutinio dydžio bananas (pjaustytas gabaliukais, šaldytas)
3-4 šaldytos braškės
4-5 obuolio skiltelės (0,25 stiklinės)
Saldiklio (pasirinktinai, aš nenaudojau)
Gaminimo procesas:
Because many things I have to start from the beginning and my short break is over there is no time to cook or bake much again. Same routine .. same thing for breakfast every day, so it would not take a long time. Anyway, when I am having breakfast being half asleep it doesn't matter much what I am having, most important is to stuff my stomach.
Strawberry and banana smoothie is really good choice when you want something sweet and after work there is no time for any baking.
Products:
0.25-0.5 almond milk (skim milk, coconut milk or water)
0.25 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
1 medium banana (sliced and frozen)
3-4 frozen strawberries
4-5 apple slices (0.25 cup)
Sweetener (optional, I did not use)
Method:
Place milk in your blender, then add yogurt and fruit. Blend until smooth.
Kadangi vėl daug ką tenka pradėti nuo pradžių ir mano neilgas poilsis baigėsi nėra laiko gaminimui. Ta pati rutina..tas pats pusryčiams kiekvieną dieną, kad nereiktų ilgai užtrukti. Be to vis viena kai valgau pusiau miegodama nepamenu ką valgiau, taigi tik tereikia kažkuo greitai užkišti skrandį.
O štai braškių ir bananų kokteilis tikrai geras srendimas kai norisi kažko skanaus, saldaus ir po darbų nėra laiko kepiniams.Produktai:

This is indeed a very healthy and nutrituous breakfast to brighten up your day.
