Bananų ir Žaliųjų Citrinų Pyragas su Kokosu ir Razinomis/ Banana and Lime Cake with Coconut and Raisins
Kai kurie pyragai būna skanūs, visi juos giria, vaišinasi ir pamiršta. O kiti pyragai būna labai skanūs, jų nelieka per kelias akimirkas, visi valgo pasimėgaudami ir daug nekalbėdami, o paskui prašo recepto. Bananų pyragas su kokosu, žaliosiomis citrinomis ir razinomis buvo būtent iš tų labai skanių. Daugiau ir nereikia tikriausiai sakyti.

Produktai:
150 gr. miltų
150 gr. kokoso drožlių
1,5 a.š. kepimo miltelių
75 gr. sviesto, kambario temperatūros
175 gr. rudojo cukraus
1 a.š. tarkuotos žaliosios citrinos žievelės
1 kiaušinis, suplaktas
1 bananas sutrintas su 0,5 žaliosios citrinos sulčių
150 ml natūralaus jogurto
115 gr. razinų
Glaistui:
125 gr. cukraus pudros
1,-2 v.š. žaliosios citrinos sulčių
1 a.š. tarkuotos žaliosios citrinos žievelės
Gaminimo procesas:
Orkaitę įkaitinti iki 180C. 18-20 cm kepimo formą ištepti riebalais.
Sviestą su cukrumi ir žaliosios citrinos žievele gerai išplakti iki purios masės. Įsijoti miltus, kepimo miltelius, įmaišyti kokoso drožles. Sudėti kiaušinį, trintą bananą, jogurtą ir razinas. Išmaišyti kol visas susimaišys.
Sudėti tešlą į kepimo formą, išlyginti viršų ir kepti apie 45 minutes arba kol patikrinus viduryje mediniu krapštuku jis nebeaplips tešla. Palikti 10 minučių formoje, tuomet pabaigti vėsinti ant grotelių.
Glaistui skirtus produktus sumaišyti. Užpilti glaistą ant pilnai atvėsinto pyrago viršaus. Palikti pastovėti 15 minučių prieš supjaustant.

The other cakes are very delicious, they disappear in few seconds, everyone enjoys them without a sound and then ask for the recipe.Banana cake with coconut, lime and raisins was one of those very delicious cakes. I don't think I even need to say more.

Products:
150 gr. flour
150 gr. dessicated coconut
1.5 tsp baking powder
75 gr. butter, room temperature
175 gr. brown sugar
1 tsp grated lime zest
1 egg, beaten
1 banana, mashed with juice of 0,5 lime juice
150 ml natural yoghurt
115 gr. raisins
Glaze:
125 gr. icing sugar
1 -2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tsp lime zest
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease 18-20 cm baking form.
Beat the butter with sugar and lime zest until fluffy. Sift in flour, baking powder, mix in coconut. Add the egg, mashed banana, yogurt and raisins. Mix until everything is incorporated.
Transfer the batter into the baking form, level the top and bake for about 45 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean. Leave for 10 minutes in the form, then finish cooling on the wire rack.
Mix all the ingredients for the glaze. Pour glaze over the completely cooled cake. Leave for 15 minutes before slicing.
