Usually I'm quite picky for beer. And probably almost for the year I had unopened package of beer that would have been still untouched if I would have not found beer braised chicken recipe. 2 problems solved at the same time- lunch in 30 minutes and 1 bottle of beer less.

2 tbsp onion, chopped
Flour
Salt to taste

Season chicken with salt and lightly coat with flour.
Heat olive oil in big frying pan and fry the onions until they are translucent (about 2 minutes). Add chicken and fry on all sides. Add beer and let the alcohol evaporate. Then add chicken stock and simmer everything on low heat for about 20 minutes.
