Chicken with cashews is one of the most favorite dishes, which I usually order in Chinese restaurants. Before I found this recipe I was thinking that it's not that easy to make such delicious dish. But after I tried I can say I was wrong- it's easy to make it at home and it tastes really good.

Servings: 3-4

Cooking time: about 30 minutes

Products:

2 chicken breasts
3 tbsp soy sauce
3/4 cup of chicken stock
2 tbsp cornstarch
0.5 tsp sesame oil
Pinch of red chili powder
Pinch of brown sugar
Olive oil for frying
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp ginger paste
Florets of one small broccoli
1 carrot cut into slices
4 tbsp roasted cashew nuts

Method:

Cut chicken into small pieces, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, mix well and marinade for 5-10 minutes.

Prepare a sauce in a separate bowl- mix together chicken stock, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, chili powder and brown sugar.

Heat oil in a skillet, garlic and ginger, stir fry for a few minutes. Add the chicken and fry it till it's no longer pink. Add broccoli, carrots and sauce that was prepared before and stir fry until vegetables will be tender(about 5 minutes.). Add cashw nuts and stir well. Serve with rice.

  21. O kur galeciau nusipirkti imbiero pastos LT?

    AtsakytiPanaikinti
  22. Nežinau ar LT yra pirkti, galima paprasčiausiai sutarkuoti gerai apie 1 cm imbiero saknies ir bus tas pats, dar gal geriau nes svieziau.
