Porcijos: 2

Gaminimo laikas: 10 min. + šaldymas

Produktai:

200 gr. braškių
4 v.š. cukraus
1 stiklinė vandens
0,5 stiklinės raudonojo vyno (naudojau sausą)
0,5 a.š. malto cinamono
0,4 a.š. maltų gvazdikėlių
10 gr želatinos

Gaminimo procesas:

Today was the first day at work .. I feel so tired, I did not feel that way for a long time .. At least tomorrow is Friday. Maybe it just seems that the work is crazy, because it was the first day, but maybe I should get used to it, because every day is crazy.

Servings: 2

Cooking time: 10 minutes. + cooling

Products:

200 gr. strawberries
4 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
0.5 cup of red wine (I used dry wine)
0.5 tsp cinnamon powder
0.4 tsp clove powder
10 g gelatin

Method:

Cut strawberries in small pieces, add them with the sugar and water in a pan, bring it to the boil and simmer until it gets thicker. I was boiling for 5 minutes on medium heat. Then strain through a sieve. Leave the syrup, put spices and pour the wine into the syrup. Add gelatin and stir till it dissolves completely. You can put some fresh berries or strawberries before pouring the jelly into a bowls for setting. Pour jelly to the bowl and refrigerate it till it's set. It's nice with ice cream, cream or just alone.
You can change the strawberry and wine proportion. My jelly tasted more like wine jelly with strawberry flavor.

As for this jelly, it looks fabulous. Strawberries are one of my favorite fruits.
Btw, since i don't drink wine, can i use anything else instead? Water or juice?

And strawberry jelly you can make just with strawberry syrup :) make little bit more of syrup and add some strawberry pieces :) I like the spices so, the only problem that most were on the bottom.. but still tasted good :)
