Sweet and Sour Chicken/ Saldžiarūgštė vištiena

Pagal/ Source GoldenCircle

Šiandien jaučiuos labai pavargusi, gal todėl, kad perdaug sau leidžiu stesuoti dėl dalykų, kurių įtakoti negaliu. Be to oras šiandien labai niūrus ir lietingas.

Porcijos: 4

Gaminimo laikas: apie 20-25 min.

Produktai:

500 gr. vištienos file pjaustytos kąsnio didumo gabaliukais
1 svogūnas
1 raudonoji paprika
1 morka
Apie 800 gr. konservuotų ananasų sirupe
2 skiltelės česnako (smulkintos)
5 v.š. pomidorų padažo
2 v.š. baltojo vyno acto
2 v.š. sojų padažo
1 v.š. Vusterio padažo
1 v.š. krakmolo tirpinto nedideliame kiekyje vandens
Aliejaus kepimui
Druskos ir pipirų pagal skonį

Gaminimo procesas:

Today I feel very tired, perhaps because I stress too much because of the things that I cant change. Besides, the weather today is rainy and depressing. I didnt want to cook anything for dinner, so chicken with sweet and sour sauce saved me. Who wouldnt like the dinner, which can be cooked in less than half an hour?

Servings: 4

Cooking time: about 20-25 minutes.

Products:

500 gr. Chicken cut into bite-size pieces
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
1 carrot
About 800 grams canned pineapple in syrup
2 cloves garlic (minced)
5 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in a small amount of water
Oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Rub in chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large skillet and fry chicken until cooked. Remove chicken and put it on a paper towel.

Heat the oil in a skillet, add chopped onion and bell pepper, grated carrot and fry everything for about 2-3 minutes or until soft. Put fried chicken back into the skillet, pineapple pieces, 1/3 cup of syrup from the pineapple, garlic, tomato sauce, vinegar, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, cornstarch dissolved in water. Mix everything well and cook on high heat for about 2-3 minutes until sauce starts boiling and chickens. Serve with rice.
