Majamio Mango Pyragas/ Miami Mango Cake

Pagal/ Source FlourTrader

Be to pyragas yra labai drėgnas, todėl, jei nemėgstate drėgnų pyragų geriau šio recepto nesirinkti.

Produktai:

2,5 stiklinės trintų mango (apie 3 vnt)
2 kiaušiniai
1 a.š. vaniles ekstrakto
0,5 a.š. mango ekstrakto (praleidau)
1 stiklinė kapotų graikiškų riešutų
2 stiklinės miltų
2 stiklinės cukraus
2 a.š. kepimo miltelių
0,25 a.š. druskos
Kremui:
0,75 stiklinės cukraus pudros
0,5 stiklinės sviesto
225 gr. Kreminio sūrio
2 a.š. vanilės ekstrakto

Gaminimo procesas:

This cake I baked for several reasons. First, mango cake is quite an interesting idea, and at least I have not seen this before. Second, a recipe in Tina’s blog appeared right on time when I had 2 lying around large mangoes in refrigerator.
And I also share a few things if you are interested in this cake. I added half the sugar (1 cup) but at least for me it was still too sweet, maybe because the mangoes were overripe and very. Besides, the cake is very moist, so if you do not like moist cakes, you shouldn’t choose this recipe.
Well.. personally I liked it, but couldn’t have more than 1 piece at once.

  2. Nice to get another opinion on this recipe. The first one that attempted it was looking for a light cake, sort of like a birthday cake. This cake is really too dense and moist for that! I do agree that the ripeness of the fruit does impact the sweetness of the cake, but I am glad you altered it to suit your own tastes. That is really what baking is all about! Hope you are having a wonderful weekend!
