Paneer Makhani/ Sviestinis panyras(Saldaus pieno sūris)/ Butter Paneer

Porcijos: 4

Gaminimo laikas: apie valandą

Produktai:

Apie 500 gr. panyro (saldaus pieno sūrio)
1 a.š. smulkinto česnako
1 a.š. imbiero pastos
200 gr. pomidorų pastos
1 svogūnas (trintas)
2 žalieji čili pipirai (smulkinti)
2 a.š. maltos kalendros
0,5 a.š. maltos ciberžolės
1 a.š. garam masala prieskonių
1 a.š. cukraus
1 a.š džiovintų vaistinės ožragės lapų
0,5-1 stiklinė grietinėlės
Druskos pagal skonį
Sviesto ir aliejaus kepimui

Gaminimo procesas:

Įkaitintame aliejuje iki auksiniai geltonos spalvos apkepti panyro gabaliukus.

There are days when things are not going well as expected, you get only bad news and you just have no mood. On such days it is probably better not to cook food, because even if you do things as usually the result is disappointing. But since I started cooking dinner I had to finish it. I think I ll just try to go to sleep early hoping for a better day tomorrow.

  1. Sorry to hear about your bad day, but your paneer makhani recipe sounds great! Where are you from, by the way? I'm guessing somewhere in the Baltics?
