Chicken with Peanuts and Mushooms/ Vištiena su zemės riešutais ir pievagrybiais

Rytoj penktadienis, bet laukia gana varginantis savaitgalis, kaip ir kelios ateinančios savaitės. Nezinau net kada turėsiu laiko planuotis, gaminti, fotografuoti ir rašyti.



Vištiena su riešutais visada geras derinys. O vištiena, grybai ir riešutai su kinietišku padazu yra dar skaniau. Kadangi šiandien mes po darbū labai pavargę šis patiekalas puikiai tinka, nes pagaminti uztrunka tik apie pusvalandį.

Gaminimo laikas: apie 30 min.

Produktai:

500 gr. vištienos file (pjaustytos nedideliais gabaliukais)
3 v.š. krakmolo
2 v.š. sezamų aliejaus
1 a.š. smulkinto česnako
1 a.š. imbiero pastos
0,5 a.š. raudonųjų čili miltelių
1 v.š. balzaminio vyno acto
4 v.š. sojos padazo
1 v.š. cukraus
150 g. pievagrybių (pjaustytų)
0,5 zaliosios paprikos (pjaustytos gabaliukais)
5 v.š. kapotų skrudintų zemės riešutų

Gaminimo procesas:

Vištieną sumaišyti su krakmolu, kol visi gabaliukai bus gerai pasidengę. Įkaitinti sezamų aliejų ir ant vidutinės apkepti kol vištiena bus iškepusi (apie 5 min.). Išimti vištieną iš keptuvės.

Sudėti į keptuvę česnaką, imbierą, raudonųjų čili miltelius ir pakepinti apie 20 sekundzių. Sudėti grybus, pakepti kelias minutes, sudėti zaliąją papriką ir pakepti dar kelias minutes.

Sumaišyti balzaminį actą, sojos padazą ir cukrų, gerai išmaišyti. Supilti padazą ant pakepusių darzovių, gerai išmaišyti.

Sudėti vištieną atgal į keptuvę, išmaišyti. Sudėti zemės riešutus, išmaišyti ir dar viską pakepti apie minutę. Patiekti su ryziais.



Tomorrow is Friday, but seems like I'll be having quite busy weekend, same as the next few weeks. I do not know when I have time to plan, cook, take pictures and write.
Chicken with nuts is always a good combination. Chicken, mushrooms and nuts in Chinese sauce is even better combination. This dish is perfect for today, because today we are very tired after work, to cook it takes only about half an hour.

Servings: 4

Cooking time: about 30 minutes.

Products:

500 gr. chicken fillet (cut inti small pieces)
3 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tp crushed garlic
1 tsp ginger paste
0.5 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
150 g button mushrooms (sliced)
0.5 capsicum(cut into pieces)
5 tbsp chopped roasted peanuts

Method:

Mix chicken with cornstarch, until all pieces are well covered. Heat the sesame oil and cook chicken till it's not pink anymore (about 5 minutes). Remove chicken from pan.

Add Garlic, ginger, red chilli powder to the pan and fry about 20 seconds. Add mushrooms, fry for a few minutes, add capsicum and fry for a couple more minutes.

Mix well together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and sugar. Pour sauce into the vegetables, stir well.

Add the chicken back to the pan with vegetables, stir everything well. Add peanuts, stir-fry everything for a minute. Serve with rice.

  1. I love a spicy sauce with chicken and peanuts, and the mushrooms are great with it too! I've been making a kung pao chicken dish a lot lately, and I've started adding mushrooms and bell peppers. A great, quick meal!

  4. It's great that this recipe is using boneless chicken. I prefer that over chicken with bones. no idea why...lol.
    And i would never have thought of mixing peanuts and mushrooms in a recipe but this sounds and looks wonderful! I might add more chilli powder since i am a spicy maniac. heheh.

  7. Mateja, thanks :) I just had to use mushrooms and capsicum, cause they were in a fridge for a long time :))) We usually eat asian food (like indian, chinese) with rice :)

  8. Cakewhiz, me too..i always use chicken fillets :) and if we get whole chicken my husbands cooks it :))
    mushrooms I added cause they had to be used already.. :) but since next time I guess I will be using them already on purpose :)
