Ginger Chicken/ Imbierinė vištiena

Nieko naujo.. Pirmadienis gana pragarišku temptu prabėgo. O pietus į darbą įsidėti pradėjau gaminti tik prieš 9 vakaro.. Ir vištienos patiekalo nuotraukos gavosi gana nesimpatiškos, nors skonis neblogas.



Gaminimo laikas: apie 30 min.

Porcijos: 4-5

Produktai:

1 kg. vištienos
1,5 v.š. imbiero pastos
4 česnako skiltelės (smulkintos)
1 a.š. raudonųjų čili miltelių
4 v.š. kapotų kalendros lapų
1 laimo sultys
2 vidutiniai svogūnai
1 a.š. ciberžolės miltelių
400 ml. kokosų pieno
1 stiklinė sultinio
Aliejaus kepimui
Druskos pagal skonį

Gaminimo procesas:

Vištieną supjaustyti norimo dydžio gabaliukais, sudėti į dubenį kartu su imbieru, česnaku, čili milteliais, 2 v.š. kapotų kalendros lapų, laimo sultimis ir v.š. aliejaus. Viską išmaišyti ir pamarinuoti bent valandą.

Susumultinti svogūnus ir apkepti juos įkaitintame aliejuje kol jie suminkštės, įmaišyti ciberžolę ir maišant pakepti apie minutę.

Supilti marinuotą vištieną kartu su marinatu ir apkepinti iš visų pusių kol vištiena bus apkepusi.

Supilti kokosų pieną, sultinį, išmaišyti ir uždengus ant nedidelės ugnies pavirti apie 20 min. arba kol vištiena suminkštės. Įmaišyti likusią kalendrą, druskos pagal skonį ir patiekti.



Nothing new .. Monday was really damn busy. And luch for tomorrow I started cooking only before 9 p.m.. Besides the photos of the dish turned out pretty bad and blurry, although dish tasted good.

Cooking time: about 30 minutes.

Servings: 4-5

Products:

1 kg. Chicken
1.5 tbsp ginger paste
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp red chili powder
4 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Juice of 1 lime
2 medium onions
1 tsp turmeric powder
400 ml. coconut milk
1 cup of stock
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Method:

Cut chicken into desired size pieces, put into bowl together with ginger, garlic, chili powder, 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves, lime juice and tablespoon oil. Mix everything and marinade in a fridge for at least an hour.

Sautée chopped onions in a heated oil until they become soft, add turmeric powder and fry mixing for about a minute.

Add marinated chicken together with marinade into onion and fry until chicken changes color.

Pour coconut milk, broth, and stir over a low heat covered for about 20 minutes pavirti. or until chicken tender. Stir in the remaining coriander, add salt to taste and serve.

  12. acha! chalo good. tht reminds me; i generally copy paste the recipes i flag into folders i have made. but i'm not able to copy paste yours on MS Office. it's ok. i can ask yoboy and sort it out but jus informed you..

  15. Imbiero pasta yra tarkuotas imbieras. Galima kaskart tarkuoti, bet man patogiau is stklainio pasisemt šaukštu.
