Lemon Garlic Prawns/ Citrininės Česnakinės krevetės

Įzangų šiandien nerašysiu, nes savaitė buvo gana varginanti ir tas vargas dar nesibaigė, rytoj pusę dienos teks dirbti.
Bet siūlau paragauti skanaus ir spalvingo krevečių patiekalo.

Gaminimo laikas: 25 min.

Produktai:


500 gr. krevečių
4-5 skiltelės česnako
1 morka (pjaustyta griezinėliais)
1 nedidelė paprika (pjaustyta juostelėmis)
8 pievagrybiai (pjaustyti)
2 zalieji čili pipirai (kapoti)
100 gr. pomidorų pastos
2 v.š. kapotų kalendros lapų
Aliejaus kepimui
Druskos ir pipirų pagal skonį
1-2 citrinos pjaustytos skiltelėmis

Gaminimo procesas:

Dideliame puode įkaitinti aliejų. Ant vidutinės ugnies pakepinti česnaką kol jis taps gelsvas.

Sudėti morkas, papriką, grybos, zaliuosius čili ir padidinus ugnį maišant pakepti 2 minutes. Sudėti krevetes ir apkepti kol jos taps rozinėmis. Įdėti druskos, pipirų, sudėti pomidorų pastą ir kalendros lapus. Pakepti dar apie 2-3 minutes. Patiekti su ryziais arba makaronais. Prieš patiekiant išspausti citrinos sulčių.

But I offer to try the delicious and colorful shrimp dish.

Servings: 3

Cooking time: 25 minutes.

Products:

500 gr. shrimps
4-5 cloves garlic
1 carrot (cut into slices)
1 small red bell pepper (cut into strips)
8 mushrooms (sliced)
2 green chili pepper (Chopped)
100 gr. tomato paste
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
Oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste
Slices of 1 lemon

Method:

Heat the oil in a large pan. Put the garlic in and fry on a medium heat until it turns yellow.

Increase heat, add carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, green chilies and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the shrimps and fry until they become pink. Add salt and pepper, add tomato paste and coriander leaves. Fry for another 2-3 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles. Before serving squeeze on lemon juice.
