1 tsp coriander powder
0.5 kg salmon fillet
0.5 cup plain yogurt

Nors lašišą apelsinų, sojos padažo ir medaus marinate aš mėgstu labiausiai, bet nusprendžiau išbandyti ir kitokius receptus. Tai kas man labiausiai patinka aš mėgstu taip sakant pataupyti, kad neatsibostų.

Gaminimo procesas:
Orkaitę įkaitinti iki 180C.
Iš imbiero, garam masalas, česnako, kalendros ir kumino ir jogurto sumaišyti tyrę.
Lašišą įtrinti druska, sudėti į kepimo indą, užpilti jogurto tyre, leisti pasimarinuoti 15 minučių kambario temperatūroje.
Įvynioti lašišos gabaliukus į kepimo popierių (kaip į vokus) ir kepti apie 20 minučių kol žuvis bus iškepusi.
Patiekti su jogurto padažu.
Though salmon in orange, soy sauce and honey marinade I like the most, I decided to try other recipes. The thing is what when I love something I am trying to save it and have it only sometimes so I wouldn't get bored.
Products:
2 tbsp ginger paste
0.5 tbsp garam masala
1 clove garlic, crushed
0.5 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
0.5 kg salmon fillet
0.5 cup plain yogurt
Pinch of salt to taste
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Make a paste mixing ginger, garam masala, garlic, coriander and cumin powders and yogurt.
Rub salmon with salt, place in a baking dish, cover with yogurt paste, allow to marinate in room temperature for 15 minutes.
Wrap salmon pieces on a parchment paper (line in envelopes) and bake for about 20 minutes until the salmon is done.
Serve with yogurt raita.
From time to time I cook with indian spices, but never a fish. This is something new to me. Very healthy dish, and very tasty.

PanaikintiI've never thought of using yogurt in a fish recipe! It sounds so intriguing! Salmon is the fish we have very often these days, but I was almost fed up with the same recipes. Thank you for this one. LOVE the spices you use!
