Omletas su Saldžiosiomis Bulvėmis, Parmezanu ir Fetos Sūriu/ Omelette with Sweet Porato, Parmesan and Feta

Po blynų tikriausiai kiti mėgstamiausi pusryčiai man būtų omletas. Toks omletas puikus būdas sunaudoti sūrių likučius (kurių kaip tyčia man lieka gana dažnai ir nedideliais kiekiais).

Produktai:

0,5 vidutio svogūno, smulkiai pjaustyto
0,5 vidutinio dydžio saldžiosios bulvės, nuluptos ir stambiai tarkuotos
2 kiaušiniai
0,25 stiklinės pieno
Druskos ir pipirų pagal skonį
50 gr. tarkuoto parmezano
50 gr. trupinto feta sūrio
Aliejaus kepimui

Gaminimo procesas:

After a pancakes my second favorite breakfast is probably omelette. Such omelette is a great way to use little quantities of leftover cheese (which have very often).

Products:

0.5 medium size onion, finely chopped
0.5 medium size sweet potato, peeled and coarsely grated
2 eggs
0.25 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
50 gr. grated Parmesan cheese
50 gr. crumbled feta cheese
Oil for frying

Method:

Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onion, fry for a few minutes until it is soft. Then add the grated sweet potato and fry for about 5 minutes until sweet potato is soft.

Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper, add the fried onions with sweet potato and mix well.

On medium heat heat the oil in a frying pan, evenly pour the egg mixture then sprinkle with grated parmesan and feta cheese on top. Fry until bottom is golden brown, turn over and fry for several minutes until the cheese has melted.

  1. I love that you have sweet potato in this omelet. I've never tried that before. Although I have made a quiche with sweet potato which I guess is very similar. Looks delicious!

  3. There's not a single ingredient in this omelet that I would change; it's perfectly delicious, just as it is.
