Bananų Duonelė su Klevų Sirupu ir Graikiškais Riešutais/ Maple Walnut Banana Bread

Pagal/ Source ReneesKitchenAdventures

Po kelių nelabai pavykusių bandymų net nebenorėjau bandyti vėl išsikepti bananų duonelę. Drėgna ir tąsi lyg nevisai iškepusi duonelė tikrai ne man..

Produktai:

2 stiklinės miltų
3 v.š. pieno (lieso)
1 a.š. kepimo miltelių
0,5 a.š. kepimo sodos
0,5 a.š. druskos
3 vidutiniai prinokę banana
0,5 stiklinės klevų sirupo
0,5 stiklinės aliejaus (naudojau 125 gr. tirpinto sviesto)
1 didelis kiaušinis
0,5 a.š. klevų ekstrakto (nenaudojau)
0,25 stiklinės smulkintų graikiškų riešutų

Glaistui:

0,75 stiklinės cukraus pudros
1 a.š. klevų ekstrakto
1 -2 v.š. pieno
Vietoje klevų ekstrakto ir pieno aš dėjau maždaug 2 v.š. klevų sirupo

Gaminimo procesas:

After several attempts that were not successful I stopped even trying to bake banana bread. Very moist and chewy banana  bread is not for me.. But I am really happy I tried this recipe, this banana bread turned out soft and very delicious. And I liked using maple syrup instead of sugar, which made it sweet enough. The bigger half of it I gave to my friend and she also loved it.

Products:

2 cups flour
3 tbsp milk ( skim )
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp baking soda
0.5 tsp salt
3 medium bananas, ripe
0.5 cup maple syrup
0.5 cup oil (I used 125 gr . melted butter )
1 large egg
0.5 tsp maple extract ( I skipped)
0.25 cup chopped walnuts

Glaze:

0.75 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp maple extract
1 -2 tbsp milk
Instead of maple extract and milk I used about 2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180C, grease baking loaf form.
In a large bowl mix the flour, baking soda and baking powder and salt. In another bowl mix mashed banana, maple syrup, oil, maple extract and milk.

Pour the liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until combined ( do not overmix ). Add walnuts and mix. Put the batter into the baking form. Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.

For the glaze mix icing sugar with maple extract and milk until smooth consistency. Pour over banana bread.
