Imbieriniai Pudingai su Karameliniu Sirupu/ Ginger Puddings with Butterscotch Sauce

Praėjusi savaitė buvo ne šiaip sunki, bet laaabai sunki.. Be to savaitgalis pasitaikė labai užimtas ir iki dabar vos pavyksta atgauti kvapą.. Tikiuosi, kad iki savaitgalio pavyks bent šiek tiek susiplanuoti darbus. Tuo pačiu tikiuosi pavyks rasti šiek tiek laiko pasisukioti virtuvėje

Produktai:

150 gr. sviesto, kambario temeratūros + 25 gr.
0,75 stiklinės rudojo cukraus +0,5 stiklinės
2 a.š. imbiero miltelių
1 v.š. auksinio sirupo (naudojau medų)
1 kiaušinis, kambario temperatūros
1 stiklinė miltų
1 a.š. kepimo miltelių
0,3 stiklinės pieno
300 ml grietinėlės

Gaminimo procesas:

Orkaitę įkaitinti iki 170C. 4 1 stiklinės talpos kepimo indelius ištepti riebalais.

Elektriniu plaktuvu išplakti sviestą, cukrų ir imbierą iki kreminės masės. Sudėti auksinį sirupą ir kiaušinį, plakti iki vientisos masės. Įsijoti miltus, kepimo miltelius ir supilti pieną, gerai išmaišyti. Padalinti tešlą į paruoštus indelius ir kepti apie 25 minutes arba kol patikrinus mediniu iešmeliu jis nebeaplips tešla (aš kepiau apie 35 minutes).

Sirupui sudėti kartu į nedidelį puodą 25 gr. sviesto, 0,5 stiklinės cukraus ir grietinėlę. Ant vidutinės ugnies maišant pavirti kol viskas užvirs ir cukrus ištirps. Sumažinus ugnį virti pamaišant apie 3 minutes arba kol sirupas šiek tiek patirštės.

Patiekti pudingus su padažu.



Last week was not just difficult, but veeeery difficult ..  And after I also had very busy weekend and until now I still can't catch my breath.. I hope until weekend I will somehow manage to make action plan and catch up with work. I also hope I will be able to find some time to spend in the kitchen.

Makes: 4 servings

Products:

150 gr. butter,at room temperature +25 gr.
0.75 cup brown sugar + 0,5 cup
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp golden syrup (I used honey)
1 egg, room temperature
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
0.3 cup milk
300 ml thickened cream

Method:

Preheat the oven to 170C. Grease 4 1-cup baking dishes.

With an electric mixer beat together butter, sugar, and ginger until creamy. Add golden syrup and egg, beat until smooth. Sift in flour, baking powder, add milk and mix well. Divide the batter between prepared baking dishes and bake for about 25 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted comes out clean (I baked for about 35 minutes).

For the syrup place together 25 g. butter, 0.5 cups of sugar and cream into a small pan. Heat it on medium heat stirring from time to time until it starts boiling and sugar is dissolved. Reduce the heat and simmer stirring for about 3 minutes or until syrup slightly thickens.

Serve pudding with butterscotch sauce.
