Produktai:

8 vidutinio dydžio pomidorai
1 nedidelis svogūnas (smulkintas)
1 česnako skiltelė (smulkinta)
1 smukliai kapotas raudonasis čili (pakeičiau 1 a.š. džiovintų raudonųjų čili)
450 gr. maltos avienos
2 v.š kapoto rozmarino
2v.š. kapotų petražolių
2 v.š. aliejaus

Gaminimo procesas:

In the current job things are so intense that after coming back home I just want to make myself some tea and go to bed.
Although this time I have decided to try the recipe from my favourite magazine. It was just pretty hard to choose what to cook, because there are so many tempting recipes.

Cooking time: about 45 minutes.

Products:

8 medium tomatoes
1 small onion (chopped)
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 fresh red chili, chopped (I substituted it with 1 teaspoon red chili flakes)
450 gr. minced lamb
2 tbsp chopped rosemary
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp oil

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200C.

With a sharp knife, cut the tops of the tomatoes, put aside. Using a teaspoon carefully scoop the flesh from tomatoes and place them on a baking tray.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a skillet, add onion, garlic and chili, stirring fry everything for about 2-3 minutes, until soft. Then add the minced meat and cook stirring for 4-5 minutes until the meat changes color. Add the rosemary, parsley and salt to taste and mix well.

Spoon lamb mixture into tomatoes, replace the tomato lids. Drizzle with remaining oil and bake for about 20 minutes, until tomatoes are tender. Serve with salad, rice or eat alone.
