Lipnūs Vištienos Sparneliai / Sticky Baked Chicken Wings

Pagal/ Source DomesticaledAcademic

Produktai:

15-20 vištienos sparnelių gabaliukų (aš naudojau 1.5kg)
0.5 stiklinės miltų
1 a.š. česnako granulių
0.5 a.š. maltų juodųjų pipirų
0.25 stiklinės rudojo cukraus
6 česnako skiltelės (smulkintos)
1 a.š. imbiero pastos (arba miltelių)
0.25 stiklinės sojos padažo
0.5 a.š. džiovintų čili pipirų

Gaminimo procesas:

Last weekend I made in the oven 2 types of chicken: Tandoori chicken and sticky chicken wings. So guys preferred tandoori chicken (as they said it wasn’t sweet and was spicy) and I myself being the only female preferred sticky chicken wings (they were not too spicy and bit sweet). That’s why you won’t get and objective opinion on this recipe here, I guess you will just have to try and judge yourselves :)

Products:

15-20 pieces chicken wings (I used 1.5kg)
0,5 cup flour
1 tsp garlic powder
0,5 tsp ground black pepper
0,25 cup brown sugar
6 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp ginger paste (or powder)
0,25 cup soy sauce
0.5 tsp cayenne pepper ( I used red chili powder)

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200C. Line a baking dish with foil.

Mix flour, garlic powder and pepper, add it into a plastic bag, add chicken wings, tie the bag and shake until wings are well coated with flour.

Arrange wings on the foil and bake for about 40 minutes.

While wings are in the oven make the sauce combining in a pan brown sugar, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and red chilli. Wait until it comes to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Remove the chicken wings from the oven, put in a bowl and cover them with the sauce. Arrange the sauce covered wings on a baking tray and bake another 10 minutes.
