Brauniai be Miltų (su Avinžirniais)/ Flourless Brownies (with Chickpeas)

Pagal/ Source DietTaste

Būtent avinžirniai šio braunio sudėtyje mane ir sugundė šį kartą. Taigi.. pirmasis mano išbandytas saldumynas, kurioje sudėtyje avinžirniai!

O rezultatas? Skanus. Tikrai nenuvylė ir brauniai buvo šokoladiniai ir labai drėgni.
Keli pastebėjimai- su šiais brauniais elgtis reiktų gana atsargiai, kadangi jie šiek tiek byra. Be to kadangi smulkinau avinžirnius ne virtuviniu kombainu, o paprasčiausiai sutryniau liko jų odelių gabaliukų.

Gabaliukai: 16

Produktai:

1 skardinė (400 gr, 250 gr netto) avinžirnių, nusunktų
2 kiaušiniai
2 v.š. tirpios kavos granulių
2 v.š. saulėgražų aliejaus
1 a.š. vanilės ekstrakto
0,5 stiklinės rudojo cukraus (arba atitinkamas kiekis saldiklio)
Žiupsnelis druskos
200 gr. juodojo šokolado, tirpinto
0,5 stiklinės smulkintų riešutų (pasirinktinai)
1 a.š. romo (pasirinktinai)

Gaminimo procesas:

These flourless brownies are made with chickpeas that was the reason I actually tried this recipe. So .. here it is my first tested recipe for sweets made with chickpeas!

The result? I really liked them. These brownies really didn't disappoint, they were chocolaty and very moist.

A few things that I can note- these brownies should be handled carefully as they crumb and fall apart easily. Also, since I didn't mash the chicpeas using food processor but just with a fork there some pieces of the skin left.

Makes: 16 pieces

Products:

1 can (400 g, 250 g netto) chickpeas, drained
2 eggs
2 tbsp instant coffee granules
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
0.5 cup brown sugar (or an equivalent amount of sweetener)
Pinch of salt
200 gr. dark chocolate, melted
0.5 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp rum (optional)

Method:

Mash chickpeas, then add the eggs, coffee granules, oil and vanilla and beat everything together well until smooth.

Stir in sweetener or sugar, baking powder and salt. Finally, add the chocolate, if using rum, chopped nuts and mix well.

Pour batter into 22 cm square baking pan lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated to 160 C oven for 30 minutes. Let it cool in a form, then remove and cut into pieces.
